Day 1 / (New Delhi) Delhi to Dalhousie (1 Night)
- Start your exotic trip to Dalhousie by boarding the Volvo from Delhi Volvo pick up point (Guests are requested to report at scheduled time & Pickup location will be mentioned on your provided ticket). Overnight journey will be by Volvo. Dalhousie: The place is also famous with the name of “Mini Switzerland of India” due to its similar landscapes to that of Switzerland.
Day 2 / (Dalhousie)Arrival + Local Market (1 Night)
- Today arrive at Dalhousie Volvo point and our cab will pickup you . The place is also famous with the name of “Mini Switzerland of India” due to its similar landscapes to that of Switzerland. Arrive & transfer to Dalhousie hotel. Rest of the day will be free to explore the local Market. Overnight stay at Hotel.
Day 3 / (Dalhousie)Khajiar +Dalhousie Local Sightseeing (1 Night)
- Today after heartily breakfast cover Khajjiar sightseeing (22 Kms from Dalhousie). Khajjiar is a place where one can easily spend whole day by admiring the beauty of sparkling Khajjair Lake and lush greenery surrounding it. Later hit the roads to Dalhousie. On the way back, we will take a halt at Panchpula Waterfall and churches of St. John’s. Other interesting places to cover nearby Dalhousie will be churches St. Francis & St. Patricks, Subhash Chowk and Tibetan Market. Overnight stay will be at hotel. WINTER NOTE: In Winters Due to Snow fall Khajjiar Sightseeing will Be Subject to Road Conditions and as per Govt Rules & If Possible to reach via Chamba it will be Extra Chargeable on the spot.
Day 4 / (Dalhousie)Departure (1 Night)
- After breakfast Checkout from hotel & our cab will drop you at Dalhousie Volvo Point and proceed further for Delhi with Overnight Journey.

- Pick-up & Drop-off Service from Dalhousie Volvo/Bus Stand to the Hotel and Back.
- NGT guidelines and applicable environmental regulations will be followed for all vehicles operating in Himachal Pradesh. Vehicle entry to restricted areas will be subject to local authorities’ rules and permits.
- Round-Trip Volvo Bus Tickets Included (Delhi–Dalhousie–Delhi).
Exclusions
- 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
- Any services or expenses not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
- Extra charges for permits, Volvo luggage, room heaters, additional meals, etc.
- Adventure activities such as safari, rides, paragliding, surfing, etc.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, shopping, telephone bills, tips, etc.
- Airfare, train tickets, ferry tickets, or any other mode of transportation not mentioned in the package.
Payment Policy
- For Himachal packages, 50% advance payment of the total package cost must be deposited into our company account to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% payment is due on arrival.
- The booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
- All payments must be made through the official payment details shared by Vinayak Maheshwari Tours & Travels.
- Any additional services or expenses requested after booking will be charged separately.
- Customers are requested to keep the payment receipt/transaction proof for future reference.
Terms & Conditions
- Any changes or special requests regarding the booking should be informed to Vinayak Maheshwari Tours & Travels in advance.
- All services will be provided as mentioned in the Booking Confirmation Voucher.
- Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the hotel’s rules and room availability.
- Standard/Base category rooms will be provided unless an upgraded room has been confirmed in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing to Vinayak Maheshwari Tours & Travels.
- The advance/token amount is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- Cancellations made more than 15 days before the travel date may be subject to applicable cancellation charges, depending on the services booked.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date or in case of no-show will be non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for any missed or unused services, including hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, Volvo/bus tickets, entry tickets, permits, or any other services included in the booking.
- Cancellation and refund amounts may vary depending on the hotel, transport provider, and other service providers’ policies.
- Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after deducting the applicable cancellation charges and service provider charges.
