- MAP Meal Plan ā 3 Breakfasts & 3 Dinners (as per the number of nights).
- Private car will be provided as per the itinerary.
- Accommodation for 3 Nights on Double Occupancy (2 Adults Sharing 1 Room).
- Pick-up & Drop-off Service from Volvo/Bus Stand to the Hotel and Back.
- NGT guidelines and applicable environmental regulations will be followed for all vehicles operating in Himachal Pradesh. Vehicle entry to restricted areas will be subject to local authoritiesā rules and permits.

Exclusions
- 5% GST (Goods & Services Tax).
- Any services or expenses not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
- Extra charges for permits, Volvo luggage, room heaters, additional meals, etc.
- Adventure activities such as safari, rides, paragliding, surfing, etc.
- Personal expenses such as laundry, shopping, telephone bills, tips, etc.
- Airfare, train tickets, ferry tickets, or any other mode of transportation not mentioned in the package.
Payment Policy
- For Himachal packages,Ā 50% advance paymentĀ of the total package cost must be deposited into our company account to confirm the booking. The remainingĀ 50% payment is due on arrival.
- The booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received.
- All payments must be made through theĀ official payment details shared by Vinayak Maheshwari Tours & Travels.
- Any additional services or expenses requested after booking will be charged separately.
- Customers are requested to keep theĀ payment receipt/transaction proofĀ for future reference.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be communicatedĀ in writingĀ to Vinayak Maheshwari Tours & Travels.
- TheĀ advance/token amount is non-refundableĀ once the booking is confirmed.
- Cancellations madeĀ more than 15 days before the travel dateĀ may be subject to applicable cancellation charges, depending on the services booked.
- Cancellations madeĀ within 15 days of the travel dateĀ or in case ofĀ no-show will be non-refundable.
- No refund will be provided for anyĀ missed or unused services, including hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, Volvo/bus tickets, entry tickets, permits, or any other services included in the booking.
- Cancellation and refund amounts may vary depending on theĀ hotel, transport provider, and other service providersā policies.
- Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after deducting theĀ applicable cancellation charges and service provider charges.
Terms & Conditions
- Any changes or special requests regarding the booking should be informed toĀ Vinayak Maheshwari Tours & TravelsĀ in advance.
- All services will be provided as mentioned in theĀ Booking Confirmation Voucher.
- Hotel check-in and check-out will be as per the hotelās rules and room availability.
- Standard/Base category roomsĀ will be provided unless an upgraded room has been confirmed in advance.
